Caroline Resort

We made a very last minute booking to this resort as we were fleeing a particularly horrible room we were staying in, and the staff here could not have been more helpful. We were able to check in early, and then they made us an amazing lunch of vegetable noodles, enjoyed with a much needed cold beer from the fridge at reception. They also really helped us book our transport back to Ho Chi Minh City, as well as sorting a taxi out to a restaurant that evening. The pool and grounds are very pleasant and the room was basic but spacious, with everything we needed.

Phuong on the front desk was super friendly and helpful, there was a small language barrier but she still tried her best and in the end we were able to resolve everything, it is a little far from the centre of town but we were looking for a quiet getaway so it was perfect for us, we were there during the week so it was very peaceful there

When I checked in, the welcoming attitude of the staff made me feel more comfortable here. Room clean and comfortable. The scenery and surroundings are very beautiful. The food is varied and delicious. This is a place worth experiencing.
